Kate micucci

Kate A. Micucci (pronounced / mɨkuːtʃi /) is an actress, comedian, singer and American author, born March 31, 1980 in New Jersey. She is known in the United States for her duo Garfunkel and Oates with actress Riki Lindhome.

Born in New Jersey, Micucci grew up in Nazareth, Pennsylvania, in Lehigh Valley where she took her first piano lessons.

She graduated in 1998 from the Nazareth Area High School. She received an Associate of Arts in Applied Arts at Keystone College in La Plume, Pennsylvania, where she studied painting and puppetry. She works for some time in Hawaii where she maintains banana plants. She decides to go to Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles, where she receives a "Bachelor of Arts" from Art Studio in 2003.

After making numerous puppet shows, Micucci begins appearing on television in commercials, such as How I Met Your Mother, Lessons on Marriage, and appears in a few films. She has recurring roles in Raising Hope (series broadcast on Canal + in July 2011), and Scrubs.

In 2008, she directed an EP 5-track Songs and in 2010 an EP 6-titles "Phone Home". Micucci plays in a short film Imaginary Larry co-directed by Riki Lindhome, his partner of Garfunkel and Oates.
