Max Gazzè (from his real name Massimiliano Gazzè) born on July 6, 1967 in Rome, is a singer-songwriter of Italian nationality.
He was born in Rome but immigrated with his family to Brussels where he attended the European School. At the age of 6, he began to study music and piano. At 14, he became passionate about bass guitar and soon began to play with different bands.
For five years, he collaborated with the English group "4 Play 4" (Alister Tomes, Russell Jarrett, Max Gazzè and Dave Cartwright) and he works in France and the Netherlands.
In 1991, he returned to Rome where he worked in his recording studio to different projects. In 1995, he released his first album Contro un'onda del mare, which will be presented during the tour of singer-songwriter Franco Battiato.
