Synergia (Hebrew: סינרגיה , "synergy" ) is an Israeli rock band. The group is formed by two childhood friends Ron Hoffman (keyboards) and Roy Geffen (guitar). They started playing in a band called HaTzayadim. Later this nucleus was joined by a guitarist Ariel "Bibs" Branson, a percussionist Ori Raz (later replaced by Banua Nachaisi and Eitan Raz respectively) and finally a bassist Iron Shabtai .

In 2006, the group won the title of "Group of the Year" of the music television channel Music 24 and radios Reshet Gimel (Kol Israel) and Galgalatz. The title track of their second album was also named "Song of the Year" by Galgalatz.
