Bamboo Publishing is a publishing house specializing in comics. It was created in 1997 by Olivier Sulpice.
In 1993, Olivier Sulpice and the designer Henri Jenfèvre founded the Bamboo Grafic creation studio.
In 1998, the "Humor Job" collection begins with the release of the first volume of Gendarmes by Jenfèvre and Sulpice. In 2000, Pica & Erroc begin the series The Profs; Volume 1, Interro surprise receives in 2000 at the International Festival of Comics Angoulême Alph-art youth 9/12 years of the best album 2000.
