Coeur de pirate

Béatrice Martin , known as Pirate Heart ( CDP ), is a singer, songwriter, singer-songwriter and Canadian pianist born on September 22nd 1989 in Outremont, Canada.

She launched her first album, Coeur de pirate, on September 16, 2008 in Quebec and April 19, 2009 in France. It was followed by her second album, Blonde, which was released in November 2011. In 2013, she recorded music for the fifth season of the Canadian drama series Trauma, with a soundtrack album released on January 14, 2014. August 2015, the third album titled Roses, made a good start in the charts in France. He ranked n> 5 the week of his release. On June 1, 2018, she released the album In case of storm, this garden will be closed, his fourth album which also marks the tenth anniversary of his career. In December 2018, Martin announced that she did not plan to release other albums as Pirate's Heart, although she plans to continue making music.

Her musical style focuses on texts describing the ups and downs of relationships, which are, for the most part, greatly influenced by the trials of her life, her loves, and her personal values.

On the other hand, her singular singing voice and multiple tattoos are some of her characteristic traits that are most associated with her artistic personality.
