Eve 6

Eve 6 , also typed EVE 6 or EVƎ 6 , is an American rock band from La Crescenta-Montrose, California. He is known for his single Inside Out, the university anthem Here's the Night and the title Anytime in Snow, Sex and Sun. The group broke up temporarily in 2004, then reformed by two of the original three members in October 2007.

The band is originally composed of Max Collins (bass, vocals), Jon Siebels (guitar, chorus), and Nick Meyers (drums) >>>. The group formed in 1995 in La Crescenta, California first under the name Yakoo, then Eleventeen; they later adopt the name of Eve 6. Their first concert takes place at Eagle's Coffee Pub in North Hollywood. Eleventeen signs a contract with RCA while the group is still in high school, and is managed by Jake Knight. After the recording of EP Eleventeen which will never be released, Meyers leaves the group and is replaced by Tony Fagenson.

The last name of the group refers to the X-Files series: At the frontiers of reality. Fagenson, fan of the series, will be inspired by the episode Eve which includes a character called Eve 6>.

The group releases the album Eve 6 in 1998, which ranks 33> in the United States>, and which is certified platinum thanks to the success of the singles Inside Out and Leech ', the latter having reached the classifications Modern Rock. The band is featured on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, The Late Show with David Letterman, Jimmy Kimmel Live !, Late Night with Conan O'Brien, and TRL with Carson Daly, and their clips are on MTV, in particular that of Here's to the Night in the summer of 2001.
