Aya hirano

Aya Hirano ( lang = "ja"> 平野 綾 , Hirano Aya > ) , born on the 8th October 1987 in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture, Japan, is a seiyū and singer who has performed for several anime, visual novels, and television commercials in her homeland.

She debuted in 2002 as a Japanese idol, a member of the women's group of J-pop Springs, who broke up in 2003. She is best known since 2006, when she was chosen to play the voice of Haruhi Suzumiya, the protagonist of the anime series Suzumiya Haruhi no yūutsu, the popularity of the series is such that it also increased the popularity of Hirano and launched his career. His single Bōken desho desho ?, containing the theme of the credits of the beginning of the series, was exhausted the day of its release in Japan.

The seiyu work of two anime characters based on mangas follows: Reira in Nana and Misa in Death Note.

Her growing popularity is confirmed at the first Seiyu Awards, where she won the Best Female Hope Award for her work in Suzumiya Haruhi no yūutsu; the same role earned him the prize of best female principal character. At the same ceremony she was nominated for Best Supporting Actor, and twice for Best Single (including the solo Bōken desho desho ?, the other being for the single Hare hare yukai).
