Battlecross

Battlecross Battlecross is an American heavy metal band from Canton, Michigan. The group characterizes its sound as "blue collar thrash metal" . Battlecross was formed in 2003 by Tony Asta and Hiran Deraniyagala. In 2010, Battlecross released an independent album, Push Pull Destroy . The group's second studio album, "Pursuit of Honor ", was released in August 2011. It was followed two years later, in 2013, by a third album, War of Will . In 2015, their fourth studio album comes out, Rise to Power .

The group was formed in 2003 by Tony Asta and Hiran Deraniyagala in Canton, Michigan, where these neighbors and childhood friends studied at Salem High School. In 2007, they hire drummer Mike Kreger>.

In 2008 and 2010 respectively, bassist Don Slater and singer Kyle "Gumby" Gunther join the band. Together, they play at local parties around Detroit and the Midwest, and participate alongside Dying Fetus, GWAR, DevilDriver, The Absence, Vital Remains and The Faceless.

In 2010, Battlecross released an independent album, Push Pull Destroy . At the end of 2010, the group attracted the attention of Metal Blade Records while the members replaced the singer, Marshall Wood. The group uses Kyle "Gumby" Gunther from the Flint group. Gunther participates in the new recording of the album and the rewrite of the title Aiden , which will be renamed Kaleb .
