Chromeo

Chromeo is an electro-funk duo based in Montreal >>> and New York. The duo is Pee Thugg (Patrick Gemayel) and Dave 1 (David Macklovitch, brother of Alain Macklovitch better known under the pseudonym of A-Trak). The two met during their youth. Dave 1 has a PhD in French Literature and teaches at Columbia University. He was elected Columbia's Sexiest Teacher for 2010>.

In 2007, they cite the albums of DJ Quik Safe + Sound and Jodeci The Show, The After Party, The Hotel as references.
