Deny

Deny , also stylized DENY , is an Argentinian post-hardcore band from Buenos Aires. Formed in 2007, the band played with bands such as A Day to Remember, Blessthefall, Silverstein, Memphis May Fire, En Nuestros Corazones etc. In September 2011 DENY signs at Pinhead Records for a new album, Reino de Tormentas.

Deny was formed in 2007 in Buenos Aires. The band includes Nazareno Gomez (vocals), Joaquín Ortega (guitar, vocals), Mateo Sevillano (guitar), Juan Pablo Uberti (bass, vocals), Agustín Dupuis (drums), and Jonathan Perez (keyboards).

Deny publishes his first EP entitled La Distancia in 2009 via Inmune Records. The EP is recorded by Javier Casas of the Argentine hardcore punk band Nueva Ética and Matias Espinoza, singer of Dar Sangre >>>. The band shares the stage with Silverstein and Alesana during the Capital Federal Super Rock on February 11, 2009. Deny is supporting his EP in the suburbs of Buenos Aires for the rest of the year. In 2010, Deny plays No Soy Rock. Deny plays for August Burns Red andBlessthefall at Roxy in Palermo on August 24, 2010>.

Deny opens for A Day to Remember at the Teatro Colegiales in Buenos Aires on June 12, 2011. A Day to Remember plays this concert during their tour What Separates Me from You Tour >>>>>. The band records their first Reino de Tormentas album after their signing to the Pinhead Records punk label (Tierra Santa, Boikot, Reincidentes and Todos Tus Muertos). Reino de Tormentas is released on September 23, 2011. Deny plays two concerts in Chile on October 15 and 16, 2011 in Valparaíso and Santiago de Chile together with Admira Mid Desastre. Deny will also play with Blessthefall and August Burns Red>
