Do As Infinity ( DAI ) is a group of J-pop formed by the singer Tomiko Van , the guitarist Ryo Owatari and the composer Dai Nagao . The latter is at the origin of the group, he composes and directs the group while standing back from Tomiko and Ryo, the name of the group is formed from his first name.
Dai Nagao composed several songs (including Free & Easy) for Ayumi Hamasaki under the pseudonym D · A · I.
The group ended their collaboration on September 29, 2005, after 6 years of existence.
3 years later on September 29, 2008 the group has reformed.
