Emigrate

Emigrate is a European metal band based in New York, United States. He was trained in 2007 by Richard Zven Kruspe, guitarist of the Rammstein group.

The band consists of five musicians from Rammstein, Combichrist, Clawfinger and Axel Bauer. The idea of ​​this group sprang up in the mind of Richard Zven Kruspe after the Mutter period of Rammstein, as a result of many tensions in the group and also to channel his creative energy - the cause of tensions in Rammstein>. He actually started recording demos in 2005 during the Reise tour, Rammstein's reise.

September 5th, 2006 Richard puts on line an extract of Wake Up to make discover what will be like his music>. At the end of October 2006, these are excerpts from My World , Babe and Temptation that are put online. Later we learn that the album is scheduled for August 31, 2007 and is called Emigrate . The single My World is released in June of the same year and the clip of New York City will be released on September 20, 2007. In 2008, Richard Zven Kruspe pauses his band to devote himself entirely to the creation of Rammstein's sixth album, Liebe ist für alle da.

Towards the end of 2012, rumors are growing about the writing of a new album. Richard Kruspe confirms this information in early 2013 and announces at the same time the arrival of Mikko Sirén in place of Joe Letz as drummer. In February 2014, Richard announced on his Facebook page that the mix of a new album was underway in Hollywood with Ben Grosse. Since March we know that the mix is ​​finished; an outing is expected for the summer 2014. In July 2014, Richard announced that the new album would be called Silent So Long . A teaser and an official Emigrate YouTube channel are created occasionally. The first single, entitled Eat You Alive , created in collaboration with Frank Dellé, is also announced for October 3, 2014>. Silent So Long is published on October 17, 2014 >>>. Emigrate offers an album quite different from the first, with several featurings like Marilyn Manson, Frank Dellé, Margaux Bossieux, Peaches, Lemmy Kilmister or Jonathan Davis.
