Gama Bomb is a British thrash metal band from Newry, Northern Ireland. Gama Bomb was formed in 2002, its members are all from Ireland or Northern Ireland. In 2006, the band released their first studio album, "Survival of the Fastest" .

In May 2007, the band released an EP entitled Zombi Brew , which was released only in vinyl format and whose circulation is limited to 200 copies.

In September of the same year, Gama Bomb announces that it signs a contract with the Earache Records label. The group appears on the compilation of the label entitled Thrashing Like a Maniac , with their title Zombie Brew . In July 2008, the group released a second studio album, titled Citizen Brain, which receives overall very good reviews. To promote their new album, the band then goes on tour across Europe. During the summer of 2009, Gama Bomb participates in Hellfest in France and Tuska Open Air in Finland with the group Mötley Crüe, W.A.S.P., Anthrax and Suicidal Tendencies. During the month of August, the group announced on their Myspace page that they were recording their third studio album, "Tales From the Grave in Space" < / span>, the release of which is scheduled for the beginning of November.
