Hatesphere

Hatesphere , sometimes stylized HateSphere >>>>>, is a Danish thrash metal band from Aarhus. They publish their first album, eponymous, in 2001.

The group is initially formed in 1993 in Aarhus, Denmark, by guitarist Peter "Pepe" Hansen>, under the name of Cauterized>. In the same year, the band changed its name to Necrosis, which, in the space of six years, published three demos, including Condemned Future in 1995, Disconnected in 1997, and Spring '98 in 1998.

The group changed its name to Hatesphere in 2001>. The first three albums of the group, Hatesphere, Bloodred Hatred and Ballet of the Brute, manage to make them known in Europe. Now signed to the Scarlet Records label, Hatesphere toured Europe with The Haunted in 2003, and again with Exodus in 2004, then played at Wacken Open Air, With Full Force, and Hellfest.

In 2005, Hatesphere signs for SPV Records and assembles a Danish production team; with Tommy Hansen, Jacob Hansen, and Tue Madsen. The Sickness Within is published in September the same year, which is well received by the trade press. The album allows them to tour Europe with Kreator, Morbid Angel, Soilwork, Dark Tranquility, and Chimaira. Apart from concerts in support of the album The Sickness Within , the group participates in Wacken Open Air, Metal Camp, and Roskilde Festival.
