INXS (pronounced >>. It was formed in 1977 and separated in 2012.

They begin their career by playing covers in pubs and clubs, and occasionally original pieces. The group includes composer and keyboardist Andrew Farriss, drummer Jon Farriss, guitarists Tim Farriss and Kirk Pengilly, bassist Garry Gary Beers and lyricist and singer Michael Hutchence. For twenty years, INXS has singer Hutchence, whose magnetic presence on stage makes him the central point of the group >>>. Originally known for its new wave / pop style, the group develops its style towards a rock pub that includes elements of funk and dance.

In 1980, INXS reached the Australian rankings with his first self-titled album, then achieved international success with Shabooh Shoobah and the single The One Thing.
