Jason Aldine Williams , better known as Jason Aldean (born February 28, 1977 in Macon, Georgia), is an American singer of country music.
He made his name in 2005 for his single Hicktown written by the group Big and Rich . Four of his singles have reached the head of the American Hot Country Songs: Why, She's Country, Big Green Tractor, The Truth, and six others are in the top 10 of the same rankings.
The singer's parents divorced when he was only 3 years old. He grew up alongside his mother in Macon, Georgia.
When Jason visits his father, he teaches him the basics of the guitar. After practicing whole days, his father offers him his first guitar and organizes rehearsals. Jason then discovers his talents for the instrument, and his parents encourage him very quickly to continue in the musical way.
