Jim Noir (his real name Alan Roberts ) is an English singer-songwriter from Davyhulme, Manchester. His stage name is a tribute to Vic Reeves, whose real name is Jim Moir. He released two albums: Tower of Love released in 2005, and an eponymous album in 2008. Tower of Love, as well as all his previous models, were recorded at the home of Jim Noir's parents, in the suburbs of Davyhulme.
