Minority

Minority is a song by the American punk rock band Green Day and the first single from their sixth album, Warning: released in 2000. This title is one of the flagship songs of the album. The single was a great success and reached the first place in the United States. He was also number 1 in the UK, number 3 in France and number 8 in Germany. The song is a little less punk than what the band had accustomed us to, with an intro and a couplet on the acoustic guitar, the accordion and the harmonica, but the message ("I want to be the minority, I do not need your authority, low moral majority because I want to be the minority ") remains very punk and the song is very popular with fans.
