Opus

Opus is the Latin word for work or work. It is used in many areas, including architecture and music.

In music, noted "op. ", It allows to locate a piece of music in the production of a composer. It is then called opus number and normally follows the order of publication. Unpublished compositions are often named with a WoO number (Werk ohne Opuszahl), a German expression for "work without an opus number".
