Straight line stitch

Straight Line Stitch is an American band from Knoxville, Tennessee. Straight Line Stitch stands out in an original style inspired by hardcore punk and death metal, often called hybrid metal or brutal metalcore. It was the arrival of the singer Alexis Brown in 2003 that rocked the group and made it known a certain success.

Straight Line Stitch is originally formed in 2000 and publishes an EP and a demo album before recruiting singer Alexis Brown of Clarksville, Tennessee, in the group in 2003. Brown sings on the album To Be Godlike (2006), for which they film the video of the single Remission. The director, Dale Resteghini, directs the production company Raging Nation Films; in 2007, he launched a subsidiary of Koch Records called Raging Nation Records, and Straight Line Stitch became the first to sign. They distribute their first album, When Skies Wash Ashore, in 2008, with another album, The Fight of Our Lives, published in 2011. The Fight of Our Lives reaches the 5> place of Billboard Heatseekers and 34> Top Independent Albums >.

On July 26, 2014, at The Dog Days Of Summer Tour, Straight Line Stitch releases its eponymous EP announcing a new album.
