Supertramp is a British progressive rock band formed in London in 1969 by Roger Hodgson and Rick Davies. He made his biggest sales in the 1970s, from his third album, Crime of the Century.

Roger Hodgson composed and sang the majority of hits such as Give a Little Bit, The Dreamer, The Logical Song, It's Raining Again and Breakfast in America. Rick Davies has also composed and sung hits such as Bloody Well Right, Goodbye Stranger, My Kind of Lady and Cannonball.

However, like Lennon / McCartney for The Beatles, Roger Hodgson and Rick Davies are co-credits for all of the band's songs until Hodgson's departure in 1983, each of whom plays the songs he is the author of.
