Tripping daisy

Tripping Daisy is a rock band formed in Dallas in 1990. This band is best known for its hit, I Got A Girl (en) , from I Am An Elastic Firecracker album (en) (1995), which was a success in the United States and Europe. The band split in 1999 on the death of guitarist and band leader Wes Berggren by overdose. After the break-up of the group, some of the members find themselves in The Polyphonic Spree.
