You can help by adding links to Gufi is a Chilean pop punk band. It is composed of Tim Picchetti (vocals, guitar), Roberto Varela (bass) and Marcelo Valenzuela (drums). The band has two albums; Historias de la calle (2005) and Corazón D 'Roto (2008), which include the notable pieces Eso es todo lo que soy, Paul and Por ella>.

Gufi was born in 2002 from a project by the "duo Packman", made up of producers Cristián Heyne and Koko Stambuk, who had already given life to the pop projects Supernova and Stereo 3. Picchetti (vocals and guitar) and Finlayson (drums) were previously known, and are childhood friends.

The recording of the first album of the group is financed by the Sony label, but the producers prefer to go directly to Sony-Mexico, without considering the Chilean subsidiary. The recording of the album is done in Chile, and is composed by Stambuk (bass), Heyne, Picchetti and Labrín, the latter being recruited by the band during the recording. Labrin is a former member of the Glup! Group. At first, Labrín replaces Stambuk on bass, but he eventually becomes second guitarist. On Historias de la calle, Jorge Fuentealba is bassist. He is accompanied by Tim Picchetti (voice and guitar), Emmanuel "Chiwawa" Finlayson (drums), Gustavo "Chavín" Labrín (second guitar) and Jorge Fuentealba (bass).
