Marlon roudette

Marlon Rosegold McVey Roudette , born January 5, 1983 in London>, is a British singer-songwriter and singer. Former member of the band Mattafix, he became famous for his song New Age, ranked number one in Austria, Switzerland and Germany.

Marlon Roudette was born in London, the son of Cameron McVey, a producer of British music, and Vonnie Roudette, a designer and artist from St. Vincent and the Grenadines. During his childhood, he moved with his mother and sister to St. Vincent, where he began his musical career, and then returned to London at the age of seventeen.

He then formed the band Mattafix with Preetesh Hirji, a Londoner of Indian origin. They released their first album in 2005, Signs of Struggle, with the 11:30 single that does not work much. Success, however, comes with the following single, "Big City Life" which ranks number 1 in many countries.

In 2007, the band released their 2> opus, Rhythms and Hymns, including the title Living Darfur on the civil war in Darfur with Matt Damon in the clip.
